The Countdown was an online experience to promote the Australian film These Final Hours, which tells the story of young man facing the final 24 hours before a cataclysmic asteroid impact.
The Countdown acted as an interactive prologue for the film, bringing to life the 9 months leading up to the events of the movie through over 900 pieces of content including blog posts, social media conversations, fake advertising, emails, audio and more.
Users could explore at their own pace, with the experience culminating in a choose-your-own-adventure style video.
